Cohousing in the heart of Rainier Valley

Corvidae Co-op is a cohousing cooperative in the heart of the Cheasty Greenbelt in Rainier Valley, that offers homeownership to people who see no feasible way to purchase a home in their community.

Corvidae is a 10-owner urban community consisting of 2-bedroom, 1-bedroom and studio residences. There are 6 suites and 4 independent units. Corvidae is a limited equity co-op, capped at 3% year over year to ensure permanent affordability. Four units are subsidized by the Seattle Office of Housing.

The common house/spaces are at the heart of the community and include two common kitchens, two common dining areas, a guest suite, common storage, a common courtyard, common garden space, 2 common view decks and some parking for loading/unloading.

The Mount Baker link light rail is a 7-minute walk with easy connection to downtown, Capitol Hill and the airport. Jefferson Park and Cheasty Greenbelt are next door. Columbia City is a short bike ride away and Mount Baker Beach is a short drive. Kimball Elementary is blocks away. Trees and mountain views are everywhere!
